The walls show the lighting better than the fixtures do
These projects span offices, education, healthcare, hospitality, retail, public spaces, exteriors and homes across Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. On most, we worked with the architect, interior designer, engineer or design-build contractor on the lighting package: selecting fixtures, running the photometric calculations, designing the controls or writing the specification.
Look at the walls, not the fixtures. A downlight set too close to a wall throws a hard scallop across it. Getting the setback and the beam distribution right is what the photometric work is for.
