The Smart Biggar Montreal office is a sleek, modern workspace for one of Canada’s top intellectual property law firms. Flux Lighting was proud to support this project with carefully chosen fixtures that match the firm’s clean, professional image. From the moment you enter the space, the lighting sets the right tone.
Smart Biggar Montreal needed a balance between open, collaborative areas and more focused, private workspaces. Therefore, Flux selected fixtures that work well across both settings. The goal was to create a space that feels bright and welcoming without being harsh or overly formal. As a result, the lighting supports both client-facing areas and day-to-day staff work with equal care.
Reception and meeting areas in the Smart Biggar Montreal office called for a polished, refined look. Flux chose fixtures that add warmth to these spaces while keeping lines clean and modern. Furthermore, the lighting in these front-of-house areas helps clients feel at ease from the moment they arrive. First impressions matter in a law firm setting, and good lighting plays a big role in making them count.
In the work areas, the focus shifted to comfort and function. Staff need consistent, even light throughout the day. So Flux specified fixtures that reduce glare and support long hours of focused work. In addition, the choices align with the firm’s commitment to a smart, efficient office environment.
The Smart Biggar Montreal project also reflects Flux Lighting’s strength in professional and legal office spaces. We understand that every detail matters in these environments. Consequently, we bring the same level of care to fixture selection as the design team brings to layout and finish choices. The lighting never draws attention to itself — instead, it simply makes the whole space work better.
Finally, this project is a strong example of what Flux does best. We help design teams create offices that are both beautiful and highly functional. Smart Biggar Montreal is a space that works hard every day, and the lighting does too.
