CARLETON UNIVERSITY ROBERTSON HALL
Ottawa, Ontario

Chmiel Architects was tasked with the responsibility of rejuvenating the main entry levels of Carleton University’s Robertson Hall, which had remained virtually untouched since its initial construction in the late 1960’s. Working with Flux Lighting, the space was updated with energy-efficient LED Lighting, strategically placed to make the area feel more open, bright and welcoming to visitors.

Robertson Hall is a six-storey concrete and masonry building that houses Admissions Services, the Undergraduate Recruitment Office, the Welcome Centre, Awards Office, and various other meeting rooms and offices for the University Senate and Board of Governors.
